Stand-Up Paddle Boarding Adventure
SUP boarding is a truly remarkable way to travel along the coastline, offering the unique perspective of gazing into the marine world beneath you as well as the incredible coastal scenery above and around you. With expert guidance, you’ll quickly find your sea-legs, gather some momentum and be gliding through the water: the experience is both exhilarating and relaxing! You’ll start in a sheltered harbour or cove before venturing out along the coastline, spotting wildlife along the way and benefitting from your guide’s local knowledge and the tips and feedback they’ll share with you to help improve your paddling and posture.

All abilities are welcome to join this trip. You’ll be using high-quality inflatable SUP boards which are stable, strong and perfect for beginners.
Age Restrictions +
This trip is suitable for children of 10 years and above as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Above 18 years is considered an adult.

All specialist kit & equipment is included.
You’ll need to bring:
- Bathers to wear underneath the wetsuit (which is provided).
- A towel.
- Some warm clothes to put on after getting changed.
