At Preseli Venture we’ve been hosting corporate getaways for a long time now and we really believe that some of the greatest insights into teamwork and leadership are discovered far away from computers, desks, and telephones.
We are a pioneering outdoor adventure centre, offering quality team building experiences together with 5 star eco lodge accommodation. Home-cooked local produce, a bar and great facilities are all under one roof and our activities are just outside the door within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Preseli was fantastic. The coaches were supportive and knowledgeable and encouraged everyone to perform at their best. All of the tasks were designed to bring out JLR’s high performance business behaviours and were also incredibly fun. The lodge was lovely and the food was amazing. The Preseli Venture team are experienced professionals providing experiential programmes tailored to help teams reconnect whilst gaining practical skills. We not only adopt a sustainable approach to hospitality, but also strive to help businesses develop sustainable working relationships to maximise overall team efficiency.We have developed a selection of expertly designed programmes, individually tailored to groups fitness levels and aspirations, which focus on creating an open and relaxed atmosphere that allows colleagues to develop valuable skills. The professionally qualified trainers and instructors are on hand to guide and provide face-to-face feedback following the activities to reinforce key objectives.
Preseli also promotes mindfulness in the workplace, with the lodge’s tranquil setting providing a chance for colleagues to socialise in a relaxed environment, helping refocus attitudes, lift the spirit, and boost well-being.
Preseli’s core belief is combining the natural surroundings with fun and challenging activities. The emphasis on the importance of low impact, truly sustainable methods is at the heart of everything they do, in order to preserve the unspoilt natural environment.
